Visa application to Japan
At present, visa exemption arrangements have been resumed, and the limitations for the new entry of foreign tourists to Japan have been lifted.
When you are a citizen who requires a visa to enter Japan, please refer to the web page of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan on the Application for Visa for more detail.
When you require a short-stay visa to Japan to join the NUSPEQ2023, please fill in the registration form and contact the LOC of NUSPEQ2023 (nuspeq2023_loc@cns.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp). When the organizers approve your request, we will contact you in order to prepare the documents that should be arranged by the inviting person in Japan.
