This page is for the preparation of the CNS Annual Report 2025, which summarizes research and activities carried out during FY2025 (2025/04/01 ~ 2026/03/31).
We would like to ask CNS members and collaborators to submit contributions describing research performed during this period.

- 2026/09 - 2026/10: Registration of contributions
- 2026/11/30: Submission deadline for the first manuscript
- 2026/12: Review by referees
- 2027/01/27: Submission deadline for the final manuscript
- 2027/02: Final editing and proof checking
- 2027/03: Publication
Registration of contributions
Please register the title of each contribution through the "Call for Abstracts" page.
Registration deadline: 2026/10/16
At this stage, only the title of the contribution is required. An abstract is not necessary.
Please make sure that the contribution concerns research performed during 2025/-4 ~ 2026/03.
Format of the manuscript
Unless there is a particular reason to use another format, please prepare the manuscript in LaTeX using cnsrep2c.sty.

Submission of the first manuscript
Deadline: 2026/11/30
Please submit the first manuscript by following the procedure below:
- Access: https://indico3.cns.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp/event/401/.
- Log in.
- Click "My Conference -> My Contributions" in the left menu
- Select your contribution.
- Click Submit paper.
- Upload the manuscript in PDF format.
- 1. After review, you will receive a notification with comments or requests for revision.
Submission of the final manuscript
Deadline: 2027/01/29
Please upload a ZIP archive containing the final .tex manuscript and all figures.
To avoid filename and LaTeX-label conflicts when the contributions are merged into the full Annual Report, please include your Contribution ID in filenames and labels.
